Reflect + Visualize to Manifest the 2015 of Your Dreams

January 25th, 2015 | 1 comment

2015 Journal

January is almost up and by now, statistically speaking, most people will have flopped on their new year’s resolutions. Personally, I don’t love making “resolutions.” Instead, I aim for soul-seeking reflection and heart-bursting visualization. Resolutions often set us up to fail before we have a chance to succeed. Instead, shift your mindset to powerful visualization and your focus changes from mindless tasks to intentional thoughts and actions that get you to what you truly desire in life.

In last month’s Vision For Livin’ monthly newsletter (not a subscriber? Pop your name and email in the sidebar to receive my monthly inspiration and news), I debuted my favorite activity for manifesting the life you want and it starts with good ole’ pen and paper.

Free writing taps into your soul’s desires, your inner creativity and reveals what you want on a subconscious level. Acknowledging where you’ve been and how you got to where you are sets a strong foundation in which to create the life you want to live.

Knowing where you want to go and what you want to create increases your level attraction to people and possibilities.

Use my simple activity below for powerful reflection and visualization to create opportunity, positive energy and increase your ability to manifest your desires into your reality. It is not too late to do some 2014 Reflection and 2015 Visualization, just follow my guidelines below…

In your journal, finish the sentences below and don’t stop writing for each prompt until you feel satisfied that you have nothing more to say on the topic. Let ‘stream of consciousness’ take it away….
