Holy peach! 
 
I never get sick of smoothies and that’s because I am constantly mixing and matching the flavors. I am usually inspired by what’s in season which is what my body tends to crave. Well, all over the markets this summer you’ll find peaches and I am loving them up. 
 Peach
You’ll find peaches (and nectarines) in my morning overnight oats recipes but most of the time I’ll just slice them raw and eat for breakfast or an evening snack. Peaches were also the star of the show at a picnic-style wedding I went to in Colorado where they had peach pie instead of wedding cake!! I loved that!

In a high speed blender, add ingredients in the order listed above. You can modify the amount of liquid (almond milk) depending on how thick or smooth you enjoy your smoothie. Blend all ingredients for 60-90 seconds until fully incorporated. Enjoy as your breakfast or as an afternoon snack!

  3. 1/4 cup dried unsweetened coconut
  4. 1 tsp maca powder
  5. 1 tsp chia seeds
  6. 1 tsp coconut oil
  7. 2 scoops Nutrimeal Free Protein Powder (gluten-free, soy-free, vegan, glucose-free
